Sydney Harbour Bridge 1960
In the old days, a man in a peaked cap and beige dust coat stood in each booth taking your 20 cents toll. Don't know how the poor buggers did it, in all weather, constantly reaching, standing the whole time. Ah, them were the days.
A couple of booths are still there, the men aren't, and the toll's a lot more than 20 cents.
